JASPER now offers the MaxxForce DT Complete engine, available on the exchange, for the following 2007-2009 International / Navistar applications:

Each complete engine is remanufactured using a standard set of new parts and all other castings and components are re-manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The International MaxxForce DT Complete includes the block, head, crank, cam and lifters, rods and pistons, valve train, front cover, oil pump, oil pan, oil filter, oil cooler, water pump, intake manifold, crank hub, flywheel housing, front engine mount, and bell housing.
JASPER’s re-manufactured complete engine includes a thorough cleaning, precise machining, assembly, and testing processes that will help assure the customer of maximum engine life and performance. The International MaxxForce DT Complete is covered by one-year parts and labor warranty. JASPER re-manufactures a complete line of domestic and import diesel engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, GM, International, Isuzu, and Perkins.

JASPER DIESEL ENGINE REPLACEMENT OPTION INFORMATION
TURBO RUNNING COMPLETE. The Turbo Running Complete Diesel Engine will be re-manufactured using a standard set of new internal parts. All other castings and components will be remanufactured to O.E.M. specifications. This diesel engine will generally include the block, heads, valve covers, oil pump and pan, timing cover, fuel injection pump with injectors, intake manifold, water pump, turbo and exhaust manifolds, and oil cooler. (Some of these components may not be included with particular diesel engines or applications based on the engine type.) These diesel engines do not include belts, hoses, sending units, air compressors, flywheel, fan blades, remote oil coolers, starter, alternator, or any special drive units. Electronic engines may include sensors and/or select electronic components. The diesel engine will be dynamometer tested with recorded checks on horsepower, RPM, and oil pressure. All phases of the governor, valve train, and fuel injection system will be adjusted.
RUNNING COMPLETE. The Running Complete Diesel Engine will be re-manufactured using a standard set of new internal parts. All other castings and components will be remanufactured to O.E.M. specifications. This diesel engine will generally include the block, heads, valve covers, oil pump and pan, timing cover, fuel injection pump with injectors, intake manifold, water pump, and oil cooler. (Some of these components may not be included with particular engines or applications based on the engine type.) These diesel engines do not include belts, hoses, sending units, exhaust manifolds, air compressors, flywheel, fan blades, remote oil coolers, starter, alternator, or any special drive units. The Complete Diesel Engine will be tested and will include block, heads, oil pump and oil pan, oil cooler, front cover, and finishing gaskets, depending on engine model. Other components such as injectors, intake, water pump, etc., may be included, depending upon the engine model.
SHORT BLOCK. The Short Block format is available on select models of JASPER remanufactured diesel engines. The Short Block Engine will be re-manufactured using a standard set of new internal parts. All other castings and components will be remanufactured to O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. The short block engine will include the block, crankshaft, pistons, rings, main bearings, rod bearings, and cam bearings.
